It was broadcasted for 75 days on CBS and ShowTime 2. Promoted as the “Summer of Double Trouble”, it ended on 14th September, 2011 with Rachel Reilly as the winner of the season who was awarded with $500,000. It has won every time slot in viewers and is the most successful season of Big Brother since 2004.

Titled American Idol: The Search for a Superstar is a reality small screen singing competition created by Simon Fuller and American Idol 10 was its 10th season. It was aired from January 19 till May 25, 2011 on Fox on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Though this season underwent many changes including the reduction of the judging panel it did not cease its popularity. It was also the first season where audition was opened for 15 years old contestants.

The American teen drama Pretty Little Liars is based on the famous series of novels with the same name by the author Sara Shepard. The second season of the series started airing on 14th June, 2011 and concluded on 19th March 2012. ABC family renewed the series for the second season in June, 2011 a special Halloween themed episode was announced ending the season with 25 episodes compared to its initial 24 chapters.

Real Housewives is an US reality series which traces the lives of relatively affluent, bourgeois housewives with the professional women in the suburban or urban cities of America. The 2011 season had women from Miami and Bravo screened it in United States while through various other network cables internationally.
